By using Sofia Styler you agree to these terms.
In short
- Sofia is an AI stylist. Looks are suggestions, generated by software, and can be wrong about fit, price or availability. Check the retailer before you buy.
- You must be 16 or older and use only photos of yourself, or of people who have agreed.
- Style tokens are bought through Apple and are not refundable by us; Apple handles refunds under its own rules. Free weekly tokens have no cash value and reset every week.
- Purchases of clothing happen on the retailer's site under the retailer's terms. We may earn a commission.
- You own your photos. You give us permission to process them to style you. Rendered looks are yours to share.
- Do not misuse the service (scraping, abuse, impersonation). We can suspend accounts that do.
- The service is provided as is; our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
