Privacy policy
Sofia Styler ("Sofia", "we") is a personal AI stylist app. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
- Your account. When you sign in with Apple we receive a stable identifier and, if you allow it, your name and email (or Apple's private relay address). With a password account we keep your username, email and a hashed password.
- Your photo. The full-body photo you provide, and the styling read our AI makes from it (build, colouring, proportions, estimated sizes).
- Your shoots. The occasions you enter, the looks Sofia writes, the product matches, and the rendered photos of you wearing them.
- Purchases. Which token packs you bought and when. Payment itself is handled by Apple; we never see your card.
- Usage. Standard server logs (IP address, device type, time) and which shop links you tap, so a retailer can credit a sale to us.
How we use it
To style you: your photo and its read are sent to the AI providers that write and render looks (OpenAI, Google and Anthropic) and to Serper for product search. Product images and store pages come from the retailers. We do not sell your data and we do not use your photos to train models.
Who sees your photos
Only you. Your photo and your rendered looks are private to your account. They become visible to others only if you share a look yourself.
Retention and deletion
Your data stays while your account exists. Delete your account any time from the Account screen in the app; this erases your photos, looks and account record right away and revokes your Apple sign-in. Backups roll off within 30 days.
Affiliate links and cookies
Buy links go through our redirect and may carry an affiliate code. The retailer or an affiliate network may set cookies on their own site. See the affiliate disclosure.
Children
Sofia is for people aged 16 and over.
