My photo was rejected. Sofia needs a full-body photo, front on, in decent light, with nothing covering your face. Mirror selfies work; group shots and heavy filters do not.

A look took long or failed. A shoot normally takes about 30 seconds. If it fails, your tokens are refunded automatically; try again in a minute.

A Buy link went to the wrong item. Occasionally a match is off. Tell us the look name and we will fix the match.

Tokens I bought did not show up. Open the Account screen; the balance refreshes there. If it still is missing, email us with the Apple receipt.

Delete my account. Account screen, then Delete my account. Everything is erased at once. You can also email us and we will do it within 48 hours.
